Hi, I’m Dr. Keiona Spencer-Haggins, a Florida native, devoted wife of 13 years, and proud mom of five amazing kids. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling and a Master’s in Business Administration, and I’ve spent over a decade serving others through advising, consultation, and training.

Since I was 12 years old, I’ve known I wanted to be a mental health doctor. That calling has only grown stronger over the years — fueled by my deep love for people, my passion for emotional and spiritual healing, and my belief that God truly cares about every part of who we are: mind, body, and spirit.

In my counseling work, I strive to be attentive, professional, and compassionate, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I integrate clinical knowledge with biblical wisdom, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges through a Christ-centered lens. Whether you’re walking through grief, stress, spiritual confusion, or relationship struggles, I count it an honor to walk with you.

I’m also a lifelong learner — always seeking new ways to grow in my faith, my profession, and my understanding of people. When I’m not counseling, I enjoy studying Scripture, gardening, working on DIY projects, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.

If you’re looking for someone who will walk with you in both truth and grace, I’d love to meet you.
