Individual counseling in a pastoral context is a confidential, one-on-one relationship in which a trained pastoral counselor offers emotional, spiritual, and psychological support to help individuals explore personal issues, deepen self-understanding, and find healing and direction through the integration of faith and therapeutic insight. This session is offered virtually.

Temperament (In-Person)
Temperament counseling is a part of Temperament Therapy, which focuses on helping individuals understand their God-given temperament and how it affects their thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationships. During the temperament therapy, certified temperament counselors uses Arno Profile to summarize each client's unique temperament in three areas of life: Inclusion – Social interaction (how people relate to others, make friends, work with groups), Control – Decision-making and leadership (how people handle authority and responsibility), and Affection – Deep relationships (how people express and receive love and emotional closeness). This session is offered in person.

Family counseling in a pastoral context is a structured, confidential gathering of individuals facilitated by a trained pastoral counselor, where members share personal experiences, offer mutual support, and explore emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns. Through the guidance of the counselor and the dynamic of the family, participants are encouraged to grow in self-awareness, healing, and spiritual maturity. This session is offered in person.
